From an award winning screenplay:
A demon, named Titus, returns from the dead to seek revenge on a town through murder and mayhem. Titus is a big problem that they don't have an answer for. As Titus slays his way through innocent townspeople, he prepares for his coup d'état-the murder of President Abraham Lincoln. A young slave hand, Virgil, is called to action and must forsake his bigoted ways and inner insecurities and fears to lead a team of unlikely heroes to save the town...and the country. "Abolition" is more than your ordinary slave story, it's an extraordinary story about people. It's not about Black people-it's about people. It's about being humans.
